We ship within the contiguous US and Canada. International orders outside these regions aren't supported through the online store — contact us directly and we'll see what we can arrange.

Unused gear in original packaging can be returned within 60 days. Gear that's been used on a trip isn't returnable unless it's faulty. Contact us first — we'll always try to find a solution.

We don't price match. We're happy to explain why we stock what we stock, but we don't compete on price with volume retailers.

Yes. Come in, try it, ask questions, then buy whichever way suits you. We'd rather you get the right kit than lose the sale.

We run a second-hand gear wall seasonally. Bring items in clean and we'll assess them. We don't take worn-out or faulty gear.

Tell us your planned trip — length, terrain, season, and experience level. We'll give you a minimum kit list that won't let you down without overbuying.

Not always — we run trips for all levels, from first-timers to experienced alpinists. Check the specific trip listing or ask us and we'll match you to the right programme.

All technical equipment, professional guide, and safety gear. You provide your own clothing, footwear, and personal kit.

Yes. Private guiding is available for individuals, families, and corporate groups. Contact us with your dates, objectives, and group size.

We make a go/no-go decision on the morning of the trip based on forecast and actual conditions. Rescheduling is free; refunds available with 48 hours notice.
