Do you price match?
We don't price match — but we'll always explain why we stock what we stock. Cheaper gear often means a different specification, not just a better deal.
Can I try gear before I buy?
Yes. Boots and packs can be tried in-store. For specialist gear, we can arrange demo days at the start of the season.
Do you take consignment of used gear?
We run a seasonal second-hand gear wall. Bring items in clean and we'll assess them. We don't take worn-out gear.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
Come in or send us a message. We'll ask about your trip and recommend the minimum kit you actually need — nothing more.
